I would think it would be better to post the fixed module attachment in the original thread, so it would be easier to find in a search and we wouldn't have 2 threads going for the same module.

shadowraven is correct.   Smiley

the best thing is to attach a corrected file to the original thread.  we really do not need two or three threads for a single module.  it becomes too confusing.

Anyone else think that vitality should give max_hp instead of turns? Smiley

isn't vitality associated with energy hence turns, whereas strength is associated with HP?  that is how i conceptualise the difference.

The vitality potion cedrik has gives max_hitpoints, his health potion gives hitpoints. It gets confusing when vitality/strength/health/etc mean different things in different modules. :-/

No matter, I've told my clan members to spell each other when they have the gold. heh. Smiley

I always thought it weird that this module was coded to only give one spell/curse to a person at a time, but allowed people to keep cursing them, the last one over writing the previous.

Turns out that it shouldn't be this way and you're supposed to get a message saying you can't curse someone when they've already been cursed and haven't yet collected.

A little letter is at fault.

Code:
#
#-----[ OPEN ]-----
#
/modules/voodoopriestess/voodoopriestess.php

#
#-----[ FIND ]-----
#
if (get_module_pref('today','voodoopriestess',$row['acctid'])){

#
#-----[ REPLACE WITH ]-----
#
if (get_module_pref('ctoday','voodoopriestess',$row['acctid'])){

Pesky little letter c. Cheesy

Edit: Thanks White Knight for pointing out my error. Smiley

Quote
Code:
"ctoday"=>"Cursed Today,bool|0",

...so the fix is actually the other way around!  Wink

I was going with the line above which didn't have the letter 'c' and assumed it was correct.

I've edited the post above to show the correct line being changed. Cheesy

I've also made some small changes to that area, I'll attach the file once I can test it. Smiley
