If you know how to write modules, it's easy.

If you understand the basics of coding, can follow instructions and examples, it's relatively easy.

If you have no idea how to code, how to edit PHP or can't follow instructions, it's difficult.

I think that I need to edit home.php and add one line with the hook. is correct?
Or I need to make this, create a other module?

Thanks

No you don't need to edit home.php, any edits will be lost when you upgrade.

you need to use the header-home or footer-home hook and create a module.  As Talisman said, if you know php and how to write a module, then it's easy, if not, it's hard.  Try the creating your first module tutorial linked in the Resource Pages listing if you don't know how to write a module.
