On your page Here in the ToS I see a few spelling mistakes.
You spelt 'illegally' wrong(You spelt it like this:'illegaly') and 'Aswell' is two words and 'dont' has an apostrophe in it.
And the referrals page is down(I use Firefox), and with the contact page.

Other then that, Good luck  Smiley

Does your unlimited plan include unlimited processor and memory usage?  How many websites are you running on one server?

Also, a couple of your terms of use seem pretty darned unfair considering the webspace isn't free:

Quote
7. You cannot place your own ads on your site (Adwords)
8. You site cannot make a profit (Other then Mccodes donations)

Oh...and the prices you advertise for your plans are different between the graphical tabs and the "Our Services" table.

Well, from what I see Nightborn is thrilled and I could live without the ads...

Nightborn is being sarcastic...

While people are free to make their own choices, when I seek a webhost, I look for a level of professionalism and attention to detail (and track record) which isn't apparent here...and would thus caution anyone committing to paying for webspace.

Hosts that you buy should webspace from are sites like Hostgator (pretty expensive) & LunarPages, because they have detail in there plans ect.  Although the bandwith on the Ultimate Plan sounds very reasonable.

Bandwidth is not of as great a concern as the system resources when running LoGD.

It might be if the game is active and people talk via AJAX Mail/Commentary

errr

ajax sends an XML request every X seconds (for instance on +nb) which is about... 50 bytes (!) ?

I hardly think that will take down bandwith -_-
an average generated page I send over the net is 30kb (without pictures, but their browser caches)... so...?

It does, even a large game could easily use less that 1gb of bandwidth and 400mb of space when managed correctly, the issue of good hosting arises with the cpu usage from all the queries to the database. Many hosts that offer "unlimited" plans will throw you out in a heartbeat if your "unlimited" use starts irritating other customers on the same host server as you with all your cpu use.

Yep, I was searching some old topics and saw that if you want more than 25 users on and at a decent speed you need to have a dedicated hosting plan.  Which can be tricky if donations are not coming in, only thing to do is have a donation drive like Improbable Island is at the moment.

Heheh.  You made a funny. Smiley
(/me grumbles and mutters about his game sucking down 3-4gb per day...)
(/me waits for Nightborn to come and say the same thing to me that I've just said to Draganviper, and reveal that he's getting through 90tb per hour...)

Nah, it's not that much.

Roughly 1TB PHP Server <-> SQL Server (query data), big as this is uncompressed and not all will be outputted.

About 330 sql queries/second on average (I have always people on, but it can go down to ~20 people)

Traffic (bandwith-relevant one) I have about 350GB (note: this is gzip compressed, DP-versions will use ~ 50-100% more bandwidth, but slightly lower CPU usage)
