How about PHPDocs?

Already been done for the output functions, and some of the other lib files.

And it is something that I plan on doing as well.

As you can now see here, I have started. (Yes, I know frames are horrible, but I like it's layout the most)

Currently have only done the Settings class, so you can have a look at that too.
