I need some advice on how to approach what I want to do.  Every option presented in my scripts should only be done once a day.  For example, my first mod will have three options: Train with Court, train with Garrison, and get a massage.  I don't want the player to be able to get more than one massage per day.  Ditto for the other two options.

I was thinking of setting one variable for each event at the beginning of the script to 0, and then toggle it to 1 once it was selected, but worry that all a player would need to do is exit out and come back in, and the variables would be 0 again.  So, I'm not sure how to procede.  Should I create an MySQL table for this?  I'm not sure what checkday() does; would this somehow be involved?

checkday, checks to see if a user is due for a new day..... and yes a sql field for each thing would be simplest....  the special vars mod would allow you to set it.... and clear it at new day and at this point would propably be the better way to do it....
