Here is the hut code I use on Oak Street.....
Note.... this file contains the talk and find functions... it needs to have the trading mod installed or you need to edit the find function to fit your needs....
Also the talk function should be edited to fit your realm.... the first array in it is key words/phrases and the second is AI responses... these are tied together as in the 1st keyword in array1 matches the response in array2.... mess this up and your character will make no sense whatsoever.....


Forgot about the talklog.... I have been logging what people say to help  build new responses.... comment this out or create the table with the following command.

CREATE TABLE `talklog` (
  `talk` text NOT NULL
