This is most likely a bug in specialtytactic, but I can't be 100% sure, which is why I'm posting this here.

I was a level 1 Gargoil specializing in tactic skills with 1 attack and 3 defense.  I hit the dragonattacks event in the forest, and decided to test out the "Ambush" skill under the tactic specialty.  Here's what happened:

~ ~ ~ Fight ~ ~ ~
You have encountered The Green Dragon which lunges at you with Great Flaming Maw!

Level: 18
Start of round:
The Green Dragon's Hitpoints: 599
YOUR Hitpoints: 20
Tactics 101 - There is strength in numbers, so you take some mercenaries and launch an ambush.
A Mercenary strikes The Green Dragon!
A Mercenary strikes The Green Dragon!
A Mercenary strikes The Green Dragon!
You hit The Green Dragon for 1673 points of damage!
With a mighty final blow, The Green Dragon lets out a tremendous bellow and falls at your feet, dead at last.

There's no reason why I should have been able to hit for that much damage.

Thanks,
Gary/IM

There is nothing in dragonattack that would cause this. It only measures the days you have been over level 15.

As specialty tactic and race gargoyle are not Core modules, I'm moving this thread into Tech Help.
