I've noticed, that when a module has an addnav() function called from a header-hook, some of the links dissapper.

All the ones that I've made/installed with
Code:
case: "header-$filename"
addnav("nav","nav.php");
or
case: "every-header"
Code:
addnav("nav","nav.php");

And which ones might those be?  If you give us an actual file to look at, we can determine whether the problem is in your code or lays elsewhere.

Vague information elicits vague responses.

What page?  What links?  Always the same ones?

Honestly...if you can't be bothered providing sufficient information to enable someone to look at the problem you're complaining about, you're not likely to get any response.

The link to the quote editor, on the top of every page if you have access, screws up the links in events

The cedrik's potions module in the core (cedrikspotions.php) does addnavs within the header-inn block and I know for a fact that it works correctly.

Since that doesn't stuuf the navs up, I went and had a little test with a mod, and found that it happens only with the a header hook in a mod called from another mod. (e.g. with the every-header hook)

That sounds like one of those mods is misbehaving and running a second call to page_header() after one has already been done.

That's broken on the part of the modules involved and isn't something I'm going to try and fix.

Once again, your vagueness defeats you.

"When {name of module} calls {name of module} in {description of instance}, {name of link} doesn't appear {other descriptive information as required}"

When Random Qoutes calls every-header in the end page of modules, all links don't appear. The same thing happened with my test module. Also, when my test module added an addnav("","runmodule.php?module-testmod"); to village-header, City Gates and Blades Boulevard don't appear.

Sorry about my vagueness, I'm not very good with troubleshooting.

Don't you mean, header-village and module=testmodule?

Also, my Clan Dragon Kills module successfully hook into header-hof to add a nav. So, I have been wondering what the heck you are talking about in all of this.

Yeah, what he said

Mainly, just with the every-header hook in modules (maybe its only when a header gets called when there is another module on the page, I'll test this soon.)
