It worked, the error is gone.  Should I add this to the other alignment-based races as well?

ye asked this question here and were given the answer.

i strongly recommend ye work through the tutorial for creating your first module in order to comprehend how php code works in an logd module. 

ye can be given snippets of code all day, but until ye learn the relationships of the commands and the structure of a module they are worthless to ye.

I just want the race but not another city... is there and easy way to delete the city from being installed?

i put the fix in both on line 100 and after the $al = on line 101 before get_align() now the race doesnt appear in the list in the grotto and its like it uninstalls it.  how do i fix this.  thanks

Sara, lines 101 and 102 should look like this.

Or another way would be to just replace,

$al = get_align();

with,

Code:

$al = get_module_pref('alignment','alignment');

One or the other.
