Hrm...I use the Jade theme so I hadn't even thought of that.

I had the table width set to 100%, as is a habit of mine. I'll switch to a fixed width and have everything reuploaded in a moment, after some testing.

Edit: after a variety of testing,  the navs are still poppin up on the bottom. This is odd.

Don't know why its doing it.  There are two that I have noticed it doing it to though.  I haven't gone through all of them.

Great module btw.  just would be nice if i didn't have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get back to the village Smiley

I can't figure it out myself. Maybe a bug with the templates themselves, perhaps? Anyways, after a bit of testing, this is what I've come up with:

Works fine with:
Jade
Yarbrough
Amber
Classic
Mourn
redmond
teksolo
vcpp
volcano

Works Semi-Fine with:
Cupertino (pushes into middle)
Blarg (pushes into middle)

Not Fine:
yar2 (pushes navs to the bottom of the screen)

I'll play around a bit more, see what I can come up with. In the meantime, try a different template I suppose.

Oh, and thanks Smiley

that about sums it up.  I can't see anything in the code that would cause it either.  I'm leaning the same way you are with a problem in the actual templates as some of them do it, yet most don't.

I guess I should also mention i'm using Firefox.  Probably could test it in IE but then I'd have to fire that buggy progam up and I really don't want to do that.

Maybe the html-tag for the table isn't closed correctly?! Or closed too often...!?
or some `c in any output hasn't been closed...

I had this with one of my mods two and checking any loop might help...

Apparantly the yar2 template doesn't like nested tables. I removed one, and everything seems to be in working order.

Still strikes me as odd that one template out of the whole lot would break on something that inconsequential. Ah well. It's fixed. You know where to nab the newest file.

Oh, and there wasn't much of a difference in the testing done prior to this post when I used IE. Same result. So it would've been a waste of time to use that shoddy piece of *censored* Tongue

D'oh.  You were right, Chris. I forgot to close the first table out! Not that it matters now as the problem was fixed earlier by eliminating said table.

found another thing:

line 128 / 129
Code:
   output("<td>%s</td>",$breed[$row['petbreed']],true);
    output("</td></tr>",true);

you close the td-tag in the frst line, then you close it again... That might cause a problem, too...

I spent so much time making sure the sql calls and php worked, I neglected the tables. Ah, the things we learn...

Fixed locally. Thanks for catching that.

Might I ask why you just didn't stick that SQL into the install routine of the Petshop? Look at Anpera's Avatars mod on the right way to do this.

It would make things much easier, in case a person does not know how to run a SQL file, due to the new installer not requiring one to run those SPL files anymore.

Well, Sichae, the pet editor installs the table. The SQL file was just included as a backup in case things went south. It's stated right there in the readme file. Wink

Whoops, my mistake. A bit of my mind is everywhere. One part is with my girlfriend... and that is mainly most of it Tongue

You have already done this.

Sorry about that.

*chuckles* No worries.  That's how my mind is most of the night as well, being married just makes it all that much more worse. Tongue

One of my users just reported, that his pet's turns did not get reset at Newday.

Just note: It was at Resurrection, if that accounts for anything.

Basically, I am on vacation right now, and I don't really want to do too much looking through other people's problems and such.
