One banning from my site is all it took. Well, of course I sent out some cronies and Daemons from my pits of my closet, but they returned with nothing more than just a stupid Library card.

Could you not block the gateway IP of the Library, so that he can not access from there? Then, all subsequent IPs could be banned.

If he was banned in the core, it would give him attention, and he'd probably find other ways to do it, and torment 0.9.7 and other pre-release users.

i dost apologize, techno. i tend to forget this is an international community and didst not mean to offend ye.  again, i apologize... ye dost have a rather good grasp of english in that which ye hast posted, so i think that the work ye refer to with regards to thy english shall be easy for ye to master.

as for the comment that he could acquire another ip, i think if the suggestion is taken to contact his provider as at least one individual here has done, it may make it more difficult for him to achieve.

That little shit just changed my login detail's, and unbanned himself from my site, i got everything back to working order,  and i didn't even give him any permissions, but there must be a loop hole somewhere in LOTGD, but if i ever catch him , there's going to be hell to pay!

check your database permisions.... open it up to your ip only!  If you have any on-server admin tools... set them to your ip only as well.... also you may want to change your un/pw sql and telnet (if you have it) and any other "doors" into your server.

changed thy login details? how the hell did he get thy password? i presume that information hast been changed with regard to thy superuser account.

as for unbanning himself, well did ye check the ip to see if in fact the little cretin hast changed it? dumping his cache and cookies, as well as renewing his ip will allow him to regain access. how deep an ip ban did ye set?

The antiflood script posted actually has some flaws.

On the other hand, eric added limitations on petitions from non-logged-in players to the core about 2 days ago, so they will be in the next pre-release.

(I'll do my best to get that out this weekend since there are other goodies in there too at this point).
