Greetings,

I looked around as best I could for an answer to this one, but after trying a bunch of suggestions I seem to have not made much progress.

Just did a fresh install of XAMPP v3.0.12

Apache/2.4.2 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1c PHP/5.4.4
5.5.25a - MySQL Community Server (GPL)

Downloaded and placed the contents of lotgd-1.1.2 into */xampp/htdocs/logd/
Created an SQL db "logd" with a user of the same name that has full access to that DB (Not that I think this matters as I haven't even gotten this far yet in the setup)

When I surf over to http:\\localhost\logd\installer.php i get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_register() in C:\xampp\htdocs\logd\common.php on line 91

I looked this up.

Changed in common.php : session_register('session');
To : session_start();

This at least got the installer working, and I made it through to the end... When I tried to surf to the main page, back to more fatal errors, about memory this time:
Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted

Any assistance would be golden, was looking forward to getting a green dragon game setup Smiley

As newer versions of PHP and MySQL come out, built in functions become depreciated and some get removed.

A fix for your PHP problem can be found here: http://dragonprime.net/index.php?topic=12059.0

A fix for the MySQL problem that you'll also get can be found here: http://dragonprime.net/index.php?topic=11805.0

You may also get this error: http://dragonprime.net/index.php?topic=11842.0

Well, now I feel a tad retarded for not finding those A+ posts in the first place.

This fixed up all my issues, the game is running flawlessly.

THANKS!
