Description: Allows players and superusers to send out identical messages to an admin-settable limit of players. Settings to deduct gold and/or gems to send to mail to multiple players, and settings to allow the removal of the limit and cost from superuser messaging. Reduces spamming by blocking name entries that are similar. Different names can be separated by a comma.

Two things.  In your post you mean File Download here.. and second is there a way to make the sending of mail cost an admin settable amount of donation points instead of gold and gems?

Version 1.1 (Available in File Submission):

• Setting to make mail cost donation points.
• Set above setting to 0 to disable.
