Re: Problems with installation

I am familiar with FTP and such, but I have a little problem. When I try to access the installer, it brings me to a blank page. I have the core modules installed and I see installer.php in my FTP files, but for some reason, I still can't access it (yes, I know about the www.nameoflotgd.com/installer.php and no, it isn't in a subdirectory, it's directly in the public_html file.), it just gives me a blank page. If someone could help me, it would be appreciated.

What is the hosting environment you're trying to use?

Make sure that you're using a fresh download of the Core Code here from DP. Try re-uploading all of your files. Make sure you've uploaded them to your public_html folder.
