Query for Translated Navs

I want to make a MySQL Query to select all the translated navs ONLY, no other translated material. How might I go about doing that? Yes, I've tried. Yes, I've failed. >.<

Dont that this is possible because translations have only the uri to identefy where they come from and that is not set for navs. Justs says "village" or something and that could be a village text or a nav.
