Double Options in AJAX

So, I've got this small problem where the moderation options in the AJAX chat I have installed double up at the top of the chat. To clarify, a screenshot:



The links to the first lot of the top row's double links link to an empty player, for example, the mail link's URL is:

http://evolutionathens.horizon-host.com/mail.php?op=write&to=

Anyone know a fix to this?

Got a weird one too.. anyone get two status icons for the post at the top of an AJAX commentary?  I get a nonplayer then the actual status for the top posted user.

I don't think I can do anything about that, it seems to be a problem with ajax. I've noticed that the other ajax scripts have the same problem.

I kinda figured it out.  I commented out the non-player indication.  I don't have any NPC stuff in my chats anyway.  Worked like a charm.

I only added the non player thing to keep things aligned down the left hand side as much as possible. You can comment out the lines of code if you wish.

Exactly. Thank you, Grant. Which would help me read the entire topic, and hence get a better view on things. ( Edit: ) Because, if I might add, if one searched for "double options", or "double script", it comes up with something entirely different to "online icons", right? Jussayin, bro.

if you click the Quote from Mojo link above the quote box it takes you to the post.   But its for chat icons not the ajax edit user, delete, and edit commentary.  Which is what he wants only one set of.  Not two.  Reading is FUN when you read correctly.  Just saying.

Thanks Meg- that's how I found out that it was about the Online Chat Icons. xD

Exactly. Seeing as that I don't have the Online Chat Icons installed at all, plus.. how does one simply comment out a line of commands? 'Twould have been better, Mr. Hunter, if you described how.

To comment out a line you just go to said line, for example, addnav("village.php") and right in front of the a you put 2 slashes like follows: // so it would look like this: //addnav("village.php")  works for any code you dont need because sometimes removing it all together can break the module.

What I *did* notice, however, is that in certain chat areas, that change created a multitude of blank entries, so if you think the double at the top was bad, try 20 or so of them.  So... CAVEAT EMPTOR:  That edit may not work for you.

Yeah, my bad on that. I fixed my post/edit about half an hour after I posted it. xD Try the new edit. Sorry.
