On Legend of the Green Dragon there is a system that displays every new at the bottom in a blackbox,like a javescript(flash) something I dont know.

Perhaps he means something like Staff Tutor? That's a box at the bottom of the page...could be used for different things if fixed up. Or maybe the scrolling news posts, much like Stephen Kise makes, lol

That is a custom module that MightyE has written for his Classic server. It's called "PubNub News Notifier". It is not publicly released.

That's.... a very good idea. To have some sort of ajax that made a popup appear with each new addition to the news. Smiley
