Just over a month, and we'll have this issue again.

I was thinking - why not have a module that checks if daylight savings has changed between page loads (using date("I")), and if it has, run through the database, and update all occurrences of a date (set dates an hour forward at the start of DST, and an hour back at the end of DST)?

Might take a while for the page to load, but it only needs to be done twice a year. Just an idea.
