First, thank you so very much for making the alterations to this module! I love it!

A little problem though: The answer to question 2 appears to be broken and the display for question 10 appears to be broken as well.

My apologies, that was in the viewing from the grotto. The editor and application in the village appear to be fine Smiley

All questions and answers appear as they should. I can't see any problems with it, hm.

Could the two digit number be the issue? Perhaps instead of q and a 10, how bout q and a 0? Oh, and I noticed the answers start with arg, then arg2... shouldnt it be arg1, arg2 and so on?

Rayn, were you using the original version?  If so, delete your existing apps and try again. Cheesy

There is really not an issue on my end so i don't think it is the numbers. Can you try a fresh install as Hunter said?

I've edited the module for better functioning (attached), and these are the edits I've made:

  • I noticed that when players were submitting their applications, at times it would badnav, and not let the player submit OR edit. This was because if they inserted a '/' in any of their answers, that would appear in the URL when submitting or editing, and stuff the whole URL up, and functioning of the module. I've fixed that up.
  • I added in two mail links as well, one in the viewer (where a staff can view all applications), and one in the application viewer (where a staff can view a single application), as I noted something Contessa wrote earlier about petitions and mailing easily.
  • Made the chats in each application separate, so other staff know who others are talking about, and an extra one in the main viewer for overall comments.
  • Extra setting, and two buttons in the Viewer, which allow a MegaUser to accept/decline staff applications, and send a YoM out to the player who submitted the application.
  • Changed all the code that was repeated (i.e. text boxes, listing questions/answers) to 'while' and 'if' loops for easier coding/smaller module, and for those that don't use ten questions (e.g. only use 8, etc.)
  • Displays number of comments in each section, so you can see if a new comment has been psoted about an application.
  • 'Previous Application' and 'Next Application' buttons in each application so you don't have to return to the Viewer everytime you want to look at a new application.
  • Link to player's bio present when viewing player's Staff Application.

In this edit, line 232 reads:
Code:
<?php
} else if ($op == "dec"){
?>

It should read:
Code:
<?php
} else if ($op2 == "dec"){
?>
