Player Companion Manager v0.0.2

This module is based on the Player Buff Manager (buffmanage.php) v1.0 module by ThricebornPhoenix.

It allows a superuser with the user editor flag to give/edit/remove players companions. The link to do so is found on the player's bio page which also lists the companions they have for all to see. Smiley

Update:
11/02/2010 - v0.0.2
Fixed an issue where when you edited a companion, 'cannotbehealed' would default to yes if the setting didn't exist.

Feedback, bugs, comments are welcome. Smiley

Zip file attached.

I'm getting the following error with this mod:

Quote
Companions for :

PHP Warning: "Invalid argument supplied for foreach()"
in /home/xxxxx/public_html/lotgd/modules/companionmanage.php at 115.
Call Stack:
2: companionmanage_run() called from /home/boofo/public_html/lotgd/runmodule.php on line 33

Also, when I go to give a companion to myself, it tells me I have already reached the limit. The limit its set to 1 and I have no companions.

The companion cannot be given because the max allowed limit has already be reached.

Please ignore my last post. For some strange reason, after uninstalling last night and re-installing it today, it started working fine now. I have no idea what I did, but it is working now. So far, anyway. Thanks for a great mod, Afkamm. Wink

Hmm, it may be under certain rare circumstances that this occurred. I'll give it another run of tests and see what happens. Smiley

Please let me know what you find out so I can avoid it in the future. Wink

Afkamm,

I found the problem. If you click on Edit Companions Link in the User Editor before you choose a user to edit, that is where the following error shows up.

Quote
Companions for :

PHP Warning: "Invalid argument supplied for foreach()"
in /home/boofo/public_html/lotgd/modules/companionmanage.php at 115.
Call Stack:
2: companionmanage_run() called from /home/boofo/public_html/lotgd/runmodule.php on line 33

The following error shows up if you click on Give Companion, then on a companion to give, in that area also. The Edit Companion link shouldn't even show up until you choose a user to edit, should it?

Quote
The companion cannot be given because the max allowed limit has already be reached.
