Well my first approach to the new version of LoGD.
I've tried to made it translation ready, and I'm open to any comment, suggestion, criticism or whatever you feel to tell about it  Grin

You can find it Here[/color]

First comment and one I've given to Strider before as well.  Please set your editor to use Unix line endings.. I suspect you, like Strider, are using a Mac since all of your text ends up on one big line when I open it in vi.

Second comment is that you should probably use seperate output statemetns for each sentance so as to make translation simpler Smiley

In general, the debuglog is only needed for consumables (ie, gold/gems), so you don't need to debuglog the charm gain/losses

Case 1 and 2 of the you are so ugly routine could be combined Smiley

Other than the fact that I disagree with giving exact charm numbers, I think the mod is reasonable, modulo my comments above.

You're the first person that tell me this. I use HAPEdit on PC Win, and I'll check the option of the editor to avoid that.

You don't know my users, or you'd thank me for putting the debuglog lines Wink

Ok, modified slightly:
corrected few lines that wasn't translator friendly, separated output, condensed the two case.
I haven't found anything in HAPEdit to modify line endings  Huh

Could you check Kendaer if now line-breaks are ok ?
I've modified it as DOS (LF+CR) and it seems ok to me now.

I've uploaded a new file because the info for download wasn't correct; changed line 8 from:

A simple change as you can see, but it didn't work trying to download it from a server  Grin

I remember this module. . . I always wanted to go back and add a little more to it, so here it is. The place is sacred to the elves, so I thought the patron saint of all thieves. .  I mean Elves. . . should introduce that concept to people. A few new bonuses and benefits to keep people guessing within their forest explorations.

Excal has already put his two cents into the mod and here's the latest version:

(updated to latest version - 1.02)

It's a great module but I did spot a minor error...

Code:
   case "specchia":

...should read as...

Code:
   case "reflect":

...or if you want the case to stay as specchia then...

Code:
        addnav("`@Reflect","forest.php?op=reflect");

...should read as...

Code:
        addnav("`@Reflect","forest.php?op=specchia");

...and that's all I have to add.  Just something I happened to spot as I eagerly play around with anything released here and this one's fun.

Good catch Rowne. I've uploaded a new version here and added a few other little things.

Excalibur also cleaned up my infamous running output strings.
Most current version is now v 1.02

It is a forest event... it is best to grab the file, and test it out...
