It looks to me to have been modified from a version claimed by Admin Quest at Luekinghost.net, although that version doesn't store the gifts in the database.

Deathdragon:  The files have been deleted.  If the database mod is your work, add proper credit to the original file before re-upping them to DragonPrime.  If the database mod is someone else's, and you only applied minor changes to either file, do not re-up them or your priviliges here will be revoked.

I would strongly recommend that you read DragonPrime's FAQ and associated posts before uploading any further files.
