Greets to all,

I've messing a litle with the game, to make it fit my needs, and now everytime I login I get a blank page with this:

Warning: session_register(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/sotta/public_html/woj/login.php:1) in /home/sotta/public_html/woj/common.php on line 87
Sending you to village.php?c=4-120406, have a safe journey

sometimes I get redirected to the link that is shown, and sometimes I have to click the link.

I've no idea why this happens...  Huh

By 'messing with the game', do you mean you've been changing core code, or just game and module settings?

If you've been changing the code, there is really very little we can do to assist you...

well, it's like this:

I added a midi player that plays a different music according to where you are. it works great! you go to a city and it changes to that city's music, you go out into the world and it changes to another music. =) you walk around and the music doesn't start over because the player is in a different, hidden, frame. =)

so I had to mess litle with the core code...

but hte strange thing is, I changed something just now, I don't remember what, and the erro disappeared =)

however, there's another thing I've been having trouble with.. for the most part, I've been able to change the redirections to "index.php" to home.php, since it's targeting it's own frame.
meaning, without this change, another frameset would be called inside the frame and two midi players would exist at the same time...
my problem is when the session times out. if I click on a nav, I get redirected back to "index.php"...  Roll Eyes I've changed the login.php and badnav.php to redirect to "home.php"

what else do I need to change...?

Mmmmm ...there is NO home.php in v097 else you created one OR you posted this in the wrong board.

- If you did post in wrong board and are using v1.x.x then you need to aware that any changes you make to core files are your own doing and will receive very little if any support via these forums. Any author who is able to make such changes are supposed to  also be able to fix anything they break in the process.
- I wouldnt have any sound/audio play on the home page ...let the players enjoy it when they enter the game.

damn... Embarrassed Embarrassed I did post on he wrong board..

but anyway, I said I already fixed the bug. I'm just having trouble figuring out what hapens (what files are used) when a session times out and the users try to keep playing. He/she gets redirected to the main page, but Ican't see where that happens, because, as I said, I ned to change that from "index.php" to "home.php".

and by the way, if I'm doing anything illegal, please tell me!  Embarrassed

TO ANY ADMIN OR MOD: can you please move this topic to the appropriate board? thanks, sorry for the trouble. Smiley

You are not doing anything illegal by modifying the source code unless you refuse to make your code open source under the CCL.
