why can't anyone register by my LOGD ?

You have enabled modules without knowing what they do. You need to disable the 'serversuspend' module, as you would realise if you had read its description.

Don't turn on modules if you don't know what they do; this is a common, almost daily error reported here. (either serversuspend, or domainmoved).

Please note, that funpic.de does not allow browser games to be installed on their servers...

So any help to you is futile, because your installation will be deleted within the next week... *shrug*
