Thank you, thank you!!  Grin

I have another, newbie question that is so "newbie" im almost ashamed that I have to ask this...

I'm trying to understand the races... I have a lot of races. When you first create a character you only have the choice of the 3 core races. Am I to understand that the rest of the races are gotten from the lodge? Because as it is only 4 are showing in there. Is there something Im missing?  Shocked I guess my question is, is there a spacific time/place in the game to change your race to one of the 50 or so I have installed? lol Im sorry, im just trying to understand  Embarrassed

Edit:: Why do I have a negative karma in this forum? What did I do wrong?

If other races are not showing up, it is either 1 of 3 things:
  • Isle of Wen is activated.
  • Person has not met DK requirement
  • Race is Lodge Buy or they haven't met the special prerequisites for the race.

Most races require a certain amount of Dtagon Kills. Some also require the player to have certain alignment, and there are a few that have special requirments, such as level 20 in Dark Arts Specialty.

Any race may have a requirment for Lodge points.

The most likely reason why you don't see the rest of the races is because you don't have enough DKs.

Isle of Wen is designed to block almost every third party module, in order to stop the overwhelming of new players, so they can easily adjust to the game.

Ive reset the DKs and points requirement to 0  Grin
...So once the players leave the Isle of Wen they will have access to all the races (assuming that they meet any other requirements, such as alignment).

Just made use of the split feature... Smiley
The last posts did have nothing to do with the original question, but (though answered a hundred times before) might be of interest for some people

Excuse me, but I never post anything until I search for it. It would be lovely if you could point me in the direction of these posts... because I did search for those questions, as I have of all of my previous inquiries. I dont mind searching, as a webmaster 90% of my time is searching in forums.

Thank you for moving the post to its appropriate home, tho  Wink

Was this why I was graced with a negative karma?  Huh Bad karma for being stupid heh.. i guess i'll search the forum about karma now  Smiley
