How are what do i need in order to open and read the moduals so i can edit them and make them?

notepad? This will work...

I prefer ZEND, but crimson editor, notepad++, textpad... They all will do... Smiley

First you will have to learn the basics of PHP...

Just try google: "PHP tutorial" and work through some of the tutorials you will find there.
After you have finished that, you should - again - take a look at a module.
It won't be that confusing anymore... Smiley
