My installation of LOTGD 1.0.5 (http://lotgd.danray.net) appears to be completely fubar'ed. On login it complains that it can't find the file /allfunctions.js. Sure enough, there's no such file in the directory. There also appears to be no such file in the fresh tarball I just downloaded!

Firefox shows this URL: "http://lotgd.danray.net/allfunctions.js?c=4-011636". IE shows the url "http://lotgd.danray.net/login.php". Both browsers give a 404 error.

I was going along just great with this installation (with only one major problem, which is most likely an environmental issue), when this suddenly started happening a few days ago. I've reinstalled from a freshly-downloaded copy, I've moved it to a different directory... Nothing changes this behavior.

Even weirder:

.... the string "allfunctions.js" doesn't show up anywhere in the source code as far as I can tell!

Something crazy is going on here.
