On the preset, for titles, it only goes up to 30 Dragon Kills. But what happens if the admin doesn't put in anymore titles, and someone goes over the 30 Dragon Kills? Will the game mess up?

Nope. If any gaps are left in the titles table, the game will select the last title that was created.

Example: After 30 DKs, it will always do the 30 DK title. If you put in one for 50 DKs, they will have the 30 DK title until they reach 50 DKs, and it will remain that title until another one is found.

Ooo I see. Will they still get the bonuses each time they kill the dragon? Even though the title does not change?

Mhmm. Their DKs will continue to go up, and they will allowed to spend those new DPs on the bonused without having their title changed.

Okiies, thanks! Ummm... one last question (sorry if I'm being annoying lol ><) Is there any way I can let the player choose his own title after a certain amount of dragon kills? Or is the Hunter's Lodge the only way to get a custom title? And does the custom title stay, forever, until you change it again, that is?

A) You could create a module to do so, or ask a Coder to do it for you.
B) Yes, the Hunter's Lodge is a way to gain a title, but not the only way.
C) It will stay forever, until you change it and will mask over your DK title.

What other way is there to gain a customized title, then?

Currently, there are no other ways (to my knowledge) to get a *customized* title. But, there are certain modules that will don a person with a title. Here are some examples: PigPen from Odor Module, VillageIdiot, Saint from Lonny's Castle.

One more way:
You can manually edit the user and give them a custom title (which they might choose and send to you in a Ye Olde Mail message).

Too much work for most admins, though.

and one module that's common:

costumeshop Wink enter titles you want to give to players there. they can buy it and have customized titles (although standard ones) early.

this module is core.

We actually use this on Classic (Central) for players getting married. Just set it in the costume shop and it automatically puts their old name back in 10 days time (or whatever you set for them).
