ISO-8859-1 general
where i can change that to like ISO-8859-1 i think that then i can add these characters like , , ,

you can add them and don't need to change anything (well, it works in all lotgds I know for German special characters)

edit: for very special ones (i.e. Cyrillic) we're discussion something right now.
