Can you tell , how I waive a ban, without logging me in into the play

if you're an admin and locked yourself out...

there is a table called "bans" in the database... just delete the entry referring to you.

PS: please ask precisely what you want Smiley including all circumstances.

It also helps to set your admin account to override bans just incase some other admin decides to try and ban you.
