So, I know how to force a pop with a nav, by adding ',false,true'...but I  want to open up a new full window.

I know that in simple HTML, it'd be:

Code:
<a href='omg.com' target='new'></a>

But I'm not exactly sure on how to do this, with the addnav feature.

Is there any function in the code that would allow me to do this?

Or, would I have to round-about it some way?

Thanks to anyone who can help in advance.

I have added a clickable link to my forums in the Home.php navigation, but I want it to open in a new window/tab. How can I do this with the addnav function?

Use !!!addraw!!! to output html straight to the nav column.
Code:
<?php
$link
'<a href="URL_HERE" target="_blank">'.translate_inline('LINK TEXT').'</a>';

addnav("$link","!!!addraw!!!",true);

To have the link in the middle of the page use the rawoutput() function.
Code:
<?php
rawoutput
('<a href="URL_HERE" target="_blank">'.translate_inline('LINK TEXT').'</a>');
addnav('','URL_HERE');

This worked fine for my Forums link, but when trying to use it with my Banner Exchange module I get this error

Unexpected T_String on line 1 of banner_exchange.php
