Please note that this forum is only for support of LotGD.  Your issue relates to the installation/setup of your webservices, for which other sites and resources exist to provide you with such answers.

It is held in your PHP configuration, NOT the LotGD.

All the LotGD script uses, is the php function mail. The port configuration is most likely in your php.ini file of your server.

lotgd uses, what your webserver is configured for.

if you receive this error message, your webserver isn't set up correctly.

http://us2.php.net/manual/en/ref.mail.php

What you should probably do is look around and make sure that the php.ini file you have set to 30 is the right one - depending on your server's configuration (for instance, under cpanel), there may be several copies of php.ini, so you might have to change the right one.

Also don't forget to restart httpd after changing php.ini
