I may be overlooking something, but I am failing to see the edit system for the altcurrency module. When I choose settings for the module, all I am presented with is:
Code:
Allow currency exchange?
Chance for Find Currency\Bandits
I am able to read PHP and understand it, and as far as I can see there is an editor in the lib subdirectory (under modules)... but I cannot seem to find it in-game. Any help in the right direction is much appreciated.

Lonny has the knack of placing entrance to Editors as a pref, rather than a flag.

So go to your user editor, and make sure the pref is set for your user. Then, I am positive it will show up in the grotto. Smiley

No dice. I have superuser enabled, which technically should enable all ability flags anyways. But I'm not seeing a specific AltCurrency editor flag on myself available either (through the edit user menu).

Like I said, it is NOT a flag, but a pref.

Go to User Editor, look up your name. On the left side, go to Alternate Currency, and set the pref.

Oh wow, that was unbelievably buried. There is no way I could have found that without external help, thank you.

Unfortunately, for third party modules, that's the only real choice unless you tie it to an existing superuser flag.

(Under the current system) There is no good way to allow modules to add new superuser flags in such a way that they wouldn't conflict horribly over the long run or possibly cause superuser permissions grants/removals that were unexpected.

Yes, this should change eventually.  No, I have no intention of spending any time or effort on this anytime soon.
