I installed and activated the housing module and get this error:

Fatal error: house_run(): Failed opening required 'modules/lib/house_func.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') on line 146

I'm a PHP dummie and need help even though it's probably simple  Cry I can only do very veery simple stuff....

put the lib directory and files you recieved in the zip into the modules directory.  This should solve your problem.
