This is the "Good" version of my Knight classes.

Same basic thing(s) going on here as in the Black Knight (posted earlier today).

Meant to have an alignment restriction, but for some reason I can't get it to work. *shrugs*

It still runs just fine in the testing I've done, I just can't get that cursed align restriction.

There it is, added a line saying "Alignment Ready Fixed by Zelion" and a download link for where I have them hosted.

You can check out my Paladin Specialty, Draconis Race, or Titan Race to get some ideas of tying alignment into a specialty or race.

this error happens with this specialty when one of the forest events is encountered.  it is one of the foil wrench events and when a player goes to give her a gem this happens.  it is only with this specialty.  i dont know why.  if someone else knows why or a fix it would be great to have.  thank you

Open the module file. After case "set-specialty":, case "choose-specialty":, and case "newday":, the add this line (once for each case):
Code:
include_once( './modules/alignment/func.php' );

Edit: Hm. You probably have a slightly different version than I do though. IIRC, it may be necessary to put the line only for "newday" in the original version.

Yes, this module (and its related ones) were written before the alignment core change, so need to include that file in relevant places.  I'm attaching a fixed version; Elessa, care to update the download link?  (http://dragonprime.net/index.php?module=Downloads;sa=dlview;id=686 -- neither of the two links earlier in this thread still work.)

Changes made:
  • Removed the invalid download entry in the module info.
  • Adjusted setting description to be slightly clearer.
  • Fixed the "undefined function" bugs.
  • Fixed the alignment gain on specialty selection (was not happening beforehand).
  • Adjusted the specialty selection code to better handle the case where the alignment core is not installed.
