yes it's possible, and we have such titles on central. do you get and error message, or do the spaces just vanish?

Spaces are invalid characters, so if this option is turned on/off (whatever way you look at it...) the spaces will be removed...

Go to the game settings and try changing these options

invalid characters are not allowed in names on central.. the setting shouldn't be effecting titles.

No error so the spaces just dissappear. I haven't decided whether I want invalid characters yet or not, although names like Raind D'Arth etc may lend a bit of realism to the game (I assume the ( ' ) is considered an invalid)

I had this problem. Its the option to allow

'Allow admins to enter 'illegal' names in the user editor'

Needs to be 'Yes' for spaces.

You are incorrect.

The setting you want is the one that is labeled with what you want.

I am having an issue with spaces in title names when a player uses the custom title module. (titlechange.php)

I get a bad nav when player chooses "Yes" after previewing the title. I only get the bad nav when there are spaces in the title. The options of allowing spaces in names is set to yes in the game settings.

new info here....

the space issue is pretty much with everything. the donation page, the titles, the whoshere...had to disable spaces totally in the game.

Does anyone have (or know of) a work around for the spaces? game version 1.1.1

I've been playing on a v1.1.1 beta site with spaces in most of the standard titles for over a year now, with no associated problems.  I think your later comments implied that this was not just an issue with custom titles, correct?

Which version of PHP are you using?  At a wild guess, I'd say this was a problem with either PHP or your web server -- sounds like spaces are not being correctly turned into the corresponding %20 escape sequence.  But that's just a guess, I'm afraid.

yeah, the game doesn't like spaces in the names either. Get bad navs all over the place with spaces in the names. I can put spaces in the titles through user editor and it doesn't cause an issue, but custom title module won't allow it. (bad nav)

I am not sure the PHP version, I think it's PHP 5 but I'd have to ask the person who runs the site.
