Because I have heard two people asking for this today... two, in one day!? What are the odds?

Hooks into battle-victory, checks if PvP, if so, increases count.Also, provides a user-preferenced Vital Info display, of the count.

Note: There is no way to backtrack, and find the kills that they have done before. So, all will start fresh. You can easily recover the amount, through gestimation and account editing.

I might expand on this farther, perhaps adding in an HoF page...

This is also multi purpose. It can be used as a Centralized Module. All you need to do, to call it from another mod is:
Code:
get_module_pref("count","pktrack");
To get the amount. Perhaps a veteran's club? Your ideas!

Version 1.21

Now with HoF listing. Now includes an extra column, telling if the account on the listing, is in the user's PvP Range. ^_^

I made it possible for my players to acces the HoF when dead... So, they can return to the village (at least the nav appears) even when in Ramius' realm...

I simply changed the villagenav()-call to

Code:
if ($session['user']['alive'])
   villagenav();
else
   addnav("Return to the Shades", "shades.php");

In case anyone else wishes to do what XChrisX did, and make HoF viewable by the dead, here is Version 1.22, with proper states of living handling.

I don't know how many people here actually played LoRD way back in the day, but the Hall of Fame in that game just showed Dragon Kills.  However, checking the table in the Dark  Horse Tavern showed laye and player kills.  I thought it was kind of neat to have a semi-kidden place to keep track of those stats.

heh.. this has actually been in the cvs code for about a week now Smiley  (well, the equivalent).. I modified the villagenav function to return you to the shades instead of a village if you were dead.  This way all modules which called villagenav() would get you to the right place.
