I have been working on compiling and commenting this file off and on for a little while now.  I would appreciate contributions to it.   please e-mail any changes to logd@pqcomp.com.   This file is a cut and paste, heavily commented file full of standard and some not so standard functions and procedures to help newbies along.   I could also see it as a way to help standardize what diffent coders are doing.   Please contribute to this so we can help get others making mods/IGMs.
