ok now b4 you get mad at the question i'm about to ask i need what does this error mean?

Parse error: parse error in /home/www/logd98.freestarthost.com/logd/home.php on line 40

now this is a test server  i am trying to put up b4 i put one up on my domain. Now I looked at line 40 in home.php and it has something to do with the newest character and i'm thinking it is because i have no tables in my database. Thus here comes the question where is the file located which has the sql querys to setup the database... please dont get mad. Well i'm pretty sure the home.php thing has to do with the database being setup since there is no accounts table for the home.php to get the info from

I would guess that you either installed some non-core modules or your host doesn't support what is needed for LoGD.

Try uninstalling any module that isn't part of the core release.

As this is the latest PR, your installer.php should be firing, as there are no DB tables and the fact that you have the installer.php in there. If it isn't in there, then you would do best to just delete all files in your FTP space and upload all new files.

So, go to your address bar, when you are on your home.php, change home.php to installer.php, and see if that helps any.
That should bring you to the installer, in order to create the tables. Once that is done, you need to write your dbconnect.php, which is a part of the installing process.

You might as well jsut replace the file, if it is erroring.
