My webhost suggested that I use this code so I can offset the time on my server time. Can one of you smart people turn this into a module so that everyone can use this. You see the news in my realm is 12 hours off.

<?
print date not formated: .date('U');
print <br>date: .date(F j, Y, g:i a);
print <hr>date not formated - <font color='red'>5</ font> hours: .(date('U') - 18000);
print <br>date: .date((F j, Y, g:i a), date('U') - 18000);
?>

In the game settings, I *believe* there is a setting to alter the offset.  ::checks::

Under, "Game Day Setup" the setting, "Real time to offset new day". I think that is what you are looking for.
