Author Topic: MYSQL Issue  (Read 2951 times)

When  I go into a weapon shop or a armor shop, I get the infamous white screen witht he following message from MySQL.

SELECT max(level) AS level FROM weapons WHERE level<=0

Unknown column 'level' in 'field list'

It sounds like you did not correctly install the database portion.

Please go back and try again.

If you verify that you have followed all of the instructions correctly, then you should post what version you are running and other useful information.

Needless to say, it should be obvious that most people aren't having this problem, therefore merely posting the error message does nothing to really help us figure out what you've done wrong.

In looking at your installed module list, I would be more inclined to point the blame towards one of the many add-ons you have activated.

The first one I would investigate is Lonny's secondaryweapon mod - uninstall it, and see if the problem clears up.

Eep.  I installed this module as well and have yet to test it.

Is this module not upgraded for 0.9.8?  Would someone be a good soul and upgrade said module?

I have specific plans for the implementation of said module.

Sorry.... that module has *nothing* to do with the actual weapons table.  It stores your secondary weapon in it's module prefs as well as the ammo.
