How do you handle using LoGD creatures and weapons, armors, etc., with modifications (like new attacks, etc.) in another codebase? The LICENSE.txt only mentions and clarifies coding, but not the actual content itself. All changes would be made public, blah blah blah, and your copyright statement would be somewhere within the About equivalent.

If you are taking the creatures/creature messages/etc directly from LoGD they are covered under the CC 2.0 license.   However, a lot of the names (of creatures, weapons, etc) are pretty much generic terms.  The death messages themselves however are creative works and thus protected, as are any very uniquely name items/creatures.

If you used them in a different game, by the CC 2.0 license you'd need to make those modifications publically available under the same license.
