Several people have reported to me, that they have lost their mounts...I do not know why.

Some, they lost it right after they DKed...others, lost it after a newday...

Could it have something to do with the prizemount.php?

I ran 2 SQL queries:

Code:
REPAIR table mounts

REPAIR table accounts

I think the problem has been fixed. Does anyone know what the problem is/might have been?

Given that you were mucking with the mounts in prizemounts.php AND the problems seemed to happen once you installed it, I'd say that was most definately a likely culprit.   I can almost gaurentee you that the problem won't be fixed by what you did.

Now you get the fun of debugging.  Good luck, don't forget to write Smiley

Repairing tables only fixes corruption on the disk.  It would not fix this sort of problem.  Corruption on disk is seen by things like could not open <database>.MYI or something like that.

Well, I took down the prizemount script, checked through a lot of the accounts...

The only thing I "mucked" with, was the Locking of the tables, but they were unlocked right after they were called.

Hmm, I shall wait it out. Taking each occurence one by one.

I think I know what the problem is.  prizemount stores what the person's original mount was, but you have to set it, it doesn't automatically know what it was for any particular user...so, it could be that when it does it's newday and dragonkilltext hooks, its seeing no original mount for people and setting their mount to that.  I dunno, though, I may be off on that, but its a thought.

Hmm, I just added in another prizecheck. This, should bypass the problem that Tholgare mentioned.

Basically, on the first newday, it sets it to one. Then, on the last newday, it sets it to zero, only if it has been set to one.

This is a precautionary chek, incase they haven't even been given a prize mount.

Uploaded into shared folder.

Just added in a bit more, I checked my email, and XChrisX had sent me another update. Merged the two, to provide a fail-safe.

Just added the download link, hoping that it all works out.
