I have a problem with manual donation point entry.  I am asst admin on a game that was re-built when the previous owner let the server expire, and I and the 2 other head admins have recreated it and its doing pretty well.

I have Mega User access and Manage Donations and Payment log access yet when I go to the donor page in the grotto and try to add points manually to someone it doesn't work.  It will say the transfer happened but the player never really gets the points.  The same thing happens when I go into user editor and try to give them points from there.

Any ideas?
