Clan Editor:
  • Allows you to edit every aspect of a clan
  • Allows you to edit clan preferences
  • Allows you to create new clans and choose a leader
  • Allows you to delete clans
  • Allows you to set clan module preferences
  • Allows you to talk into another clan
No bugs found so far.
For once, extensively tested.

From my initial look through this, it appears quite well written.  I would like to add this to the core with your permission, CortalUX.

Very nice!  The clans portion of the game needs a boost and this really does help a LOT! Good job!

seems very nice, and I hope you  aloow Kendaer to add it to the core =)

just a few comments ;)

the character search for the leader of a new clan seems a bit too strict. you have to get all the colour codes right to find the name you're looking for.

I couldn't delete the clan I created. The confirm link put me on the same page with a badnav in the address bar.

Of course you can add it to the core :)!
I've fixed the delete clan link, and changed the list clans to have the trhead class and not trlight.

I'm modifying the character search now to search through login as well as name.

Edit: Character Search now searches by login and NOT name

This module, with a couple of very small typographical fixes will be part of the next pre-release of the core.

You can now edit both types of module preference... 'clan' or 'clans', due to the fact that there are so many modules that don't just use 'clans', including my own.

Actually, the correct behaviour here would be to get the people using the wrong preference prefix (clan or clans) to switch to the other one.  I will *not* be putting this change into the core.

Nah, there isn't actually.
I changed clanvault over a while back, but forgot to with my clanwar mods.
Am going to now, just taking a while.. the amount of objpref calls in that!
